Once we have prepared your order, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing the tracking code. You can track your parcel directly through Poste Italiane tracking, or by visiting the “My orders” section of your Cranio Creations account.

Use the “Spare Parts” form, selecting “I need assistance with an order” → “Missing or defective components”. We will send the missing components free of charge directly to your home or to your preferred Cranio Store!

You can change or cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible through the support form, selecting “Order assistance”.

Use the “Order Assistance” form. We will send you the correct item and arrange collection of the item you received by mistake!

Since Amazon is an external retailer, unfortunately we have no control over which items are shipped or how your order is handled. Please contact Amazon Customer Service directly.

If your purchase includes an item marked “PRE-ORDER”, we will prepare your parcel as soon as that item becomes available in our warehouse. Please check the relevant product page for the estimated availability date. If your order also contains other items, the entire order will be prepared and shipped once all items, including the pre-order items, are available.
